Extremely confused about a ban.

Okay, so I tried to login to my account to play a couple of days ago. I don't often use this account, as it's just an alternate that I tend to use with friends when they're trying to level up, so that I'm not making them match with 30's. It's been several months since I've so much as logged onto this account.

Upon logging in, I'm told my account is permanently suspended.

Confused, I went to the support center or whatever it's called to try to get more information. I found more, but what I found confused me even more.

The first link is what I found in my inbox. The one saying my account is suspended literally is just the title, no content inside of it, no information.. Just.. I'm suspended. The second one is apparently the reason I'm suspended..? It shows the report as sent from me, about me..? Using broken English, which makes no sense. I blocked out the other username on the right as I'm not trying to get in trouble for posting other's names so better safe than sorry.

The third one is the attachment that was with the report. It shows someone sending someone else a link to something. Neither person is me, as my username is Intrical. The reports don't even involve me from what I can see, yet here I am with the messages in my inbox and a suspended account.

I've tried submitting support tickets, but they've gone a few days now without being answered, and I'm just really confused by this entire situation. Anyone ever experienced something like this to have any ideas that might help clear the confusion?

Sounds like your account was compromised, and there were fake emails that were a part of it. Riot doesn't send emails with broken english. Support tickets may take a few days depending on backlog, so please be patient, they will get to it as soon as they can.

I didn't receive any emails. These are all in my player support inbox on the riot site. That broken english post is the report. It has MY username at the top as though I submitted it, it says on the right that it was submitted by me, etc. But the image involved doesn't include me in any way, and I certainly don't speak that way to have submitted it. It seems like someone has the username "Intrical" to log in on the europe servers, and I(With the SUMMONER name "Intrical") got banned for their behavior. Only thing I can come up with.

I have this account and my main(Which has hundreds of dollars of skins on it, most champs, etc.. Compared to this one with nothing), and my main has never been compromised. I've never been one to click random links, or search for "free rp" or whatever, I don't even go to LoL related fan sites other than op.gg, so it really confuses me as to how this specific account would be compromised in the first place, and especially why it would be this one but not my main that actually has a value to it.

And I know it can take a few days to answer, totally understandable, busy company. Just had a few days of silence now, so I was hoping maybe I'd encounter another player who had faced a similar situation or something and could shed some light on what exactly is going on, because it's just confusing me endlessly with the fact that it says I submitted it, and I'm banned.

Looks to me like someone got a handle on your alt account and was using it for something. Those ban messages don't seem right, take a bunch of screenshots and ask the support team to lock your account if it isn't already.
