Extremely confused about a ban.
Okay, so I tried to login to my account to play a couple of days ago. I don't often use this account, as it's just an alternate that I tend to use with friends when they're trying to level up, so that I'm not making them match with 30's. It's been several months since I've so much as logged onto this account.
Upon logging in, I'm told my account is permanently suspended.
Confused, I went to the support center or whatever it's called to try to get more information. I found more, but what I found confused me even more.
The first link is what I found in my inbox. The one saying my account is suspended literally is just the title, no content inside of it, no information.. Just.. I'm suspended. The second one is apparently the reason I'm suspended..? It shows the report as sent from me, about me..? Using broken English, which makes no sense. I blocked out the other username on the right as I'm not trying to get in trouble for posting other's names so better safe than sorry.
The third one is the attachment that was with the report. It shows someone sending someone else a link to something. Neither person is me, as my username is Intrical. The reports don't even involve me from what I can see, yet here I am with the messages in my inbox and a suspended account.
I've tried submitting support tickets, but they've gone a few days now without being answered, and I'm just really confused by this entire situation. Anyone ever experienced something like this to have any ideas that might help clear the confusion?
