My system can not open boxes of S and S-. Also my honor lvl dose not increase after getting honored. This is happening for the last few months,why the system not fixed till no.I have sent reports of bug but still nothing fixed.Dose this game has no value for us or what exactly.

Since we can't see stuff going on in your client, we as regular players can't help you. TRy to submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them for help.
