Inter clearly states he fed but Riot moderation hasn't done shit about him.

I don't need to speak about how sit Riot's moderation system is, but I had this Master Yi who in the late game constantly ran it down mid in a desperate effort to cause the team to lose after he fed my laner a few times, and this isn't the first time I have had a person who intentionally ran it down right when I was in my promo.

This isn't a post about me. It's a daily fucking occurrence which isn't even close to being fixed.

This guy wasn't having a bad day, isn't banned because he didn't flame anyone in chat, and clearly stated his intentions in the post game lobby regardless of which he continues to ruin the games of people. Doesn't care about winning and intentionally causes people who want to win to lose out on their games due to his cowardly act of running it down.

It's undeniable that this game favours trolls who get away with not abusing the chat, as Riot seems to love dickriding the sentiments of 15 year old kids who they fear may break under the pressure of being told to 'not be a bitch'.
