Ticket says open with a red minus sign on it??

I am currently trying to get my permaban revoked, because i honestly feel like i have been unjustly banned. I know im not a perfect summoner, i had previously gotten a 14 day suspension which hit me hard since it is the only account i really wanted to rank up since my previous account got stolen which btw i played since the beta. Ill admit i am not saint and do not deny i deserved the 14 day suspension, but this one is completely uncalled for since i had to get tons of honors and good feedback from teammates to get my honor lvl unlocked which i did. Please i want to talk to someone a riot whom can work with me. Like i said im no saint and admit that i did mess up and let my competitive side get the better of me. But alot and i mean alot of players use the report system for no apparent reason just cuz they dont like my cockyness and in your guidelines there isnt anything about being cocky as a reason for a ban. I stay quiet when they are bashing me but i have a weakness in me that when i see read someone or see someone bullying someone else i intervene an in this case why i got banned did not and repeat did not break your rules of conduct. Please as i cannot do anything but stay home due a condition i have and this game is literally the only joy get other than pain.
