players impersonating riot support and sending messages of bans

so basically when I was in a game some people sent me a message saying that they were riot support and I was getting banned here's what it looks like http://i68.tinypic.com/23uanw7.png I think this is becoming a problem cause I was actually concerned about what I did wrong, it's happened twice and this time I have taken the liberty to write this down. Though I am only a bronze III it does matter to me what happens in league and this may become a problem for other players as well this is concerning and I will accept any reply even if it is that this is nothing and my request will be ignored because it isn't big enough of a problem. I think the easiest way to get rid of this only have 5 spaces in a row and nothing more. Personally, I think that is probably more than enough and anyone can live with that amount, I do not wish for any ban towards this person because this is not a thing that people get banned for, but maybe make a rule like I stated before, I hope this gets viewed at least once in the next month or two, a quick skim and a reply would be all i need, I do not mind if you don't take this into account but, for the enjoyability of the players, the clean environment taking a look into this would be appreciated.
