While playing in a game, I was frustrated and I don't deny the fact that while I did say some rude things, this was over a year ago and i believe i am truly a changed person. I know league is about communication and teamwork to win and that intentionally feeding or harassing your teammates is taboo and should not be done and they don't help achieve this goal, and I realize the wrongs I have done. I am sincerely sorry for all the toxicity I have contributed. I am asking with great plight that the moderators do take sympathy on me even though I don't deserve it. Thank you for reading this.

There is not much your post can do here on boards since this is not a place for it. I suggest you try and submit a ticket to support, but be prepared that the answer is likely to be no.
