antagonizing teammates

The Akali in my last game decided I stole a kill, so she proceeded to farm my jungle and antagonize me the entire game. Kept calling me salty, saying i was crying, taking red then saying "thanks for red," etc...

Why isn't behavior like this punished? Goading teammates into cursing you out is not being a positive member of the community, but this guy won't get banned because he didn't type a racial slur, or call someone the f-word. People would never act this way face-to-face, as nobody would play with them no matter what the game may be. I play a lot of poker, and this type of antagonizing is frowned upon even in a game where shit-talking is part of it.

This is what an automated system allows for. I got my laners fed by ganking early, and got antagonized for it.

Before you say "ignore it," consider that you can ignore racial slurs too, yet they are still punishable.
