I am fully aware of my punishment and what I did wrong. So if you are here to preach to me about how I should reform and repent for my toxic ways. I don’t want to hear it. Not because I am a toxic scumbag, but because I feels as If it goes without saying

I feels as if the ban system should be updated in some sort of way, because if you look at the shit I said in Game 2. It wasn’t that toxic and not worth a report from my point of view. But maybe that’s just me and my way of seeing things in my time playing this game. Call it basis, from what I see Game 1 is where you can really see my tilt shine through in a form of toxicity.

Now, if you’ve played with me; this going out to my friends, I really don’t try and be toxic in chat. I have to reach a point to where I am on such a level of tilt to where I feel as if the person that is titling me should also understand my frustration.

Well for one, I agree with the fact that you shouldve been banned - however, I am glad you learned from it. I do agree that the banning system should be changed, and that real people should look at my report. However, the League of Legends banning system operates off of "reporting weight," meaning that if you falsely accuse someone of doing something , and report them for doing it - if it isnt valid, you have a lower chance of having them believe you for doing something in the future. This is to avoid people who abuse the report system. However, I have made reports in the past, and now I guess they dont even listen to me anymore, and dont deal with the people who are very toxic in my games anymore. I literally spend time doing their surveys they send in emails, and participate in all the events they have in game, and have spent money on skins and RP, but when it comes to reporting someone, my report doesnt mean crap anymore. I agree that the reporting system should be updated.

*Zombie filled me in on the new updates to the reporting system, so dont mind this comment haha

I understand you may not feel your game 2 is as toxic, but I'd like to pull out only two lines from your second game chat.

Utilizing language that is similar to hate speech in that it disparages or demeans a group/class of individuals just for something they have no control over is not acceptable. You used the word "retard" to insult someone, and you also used the word "gay" to describe something you didn't like.

I know you say you aren't shocked about the punishment. However, keep in mind that it is not just hate specch/cursing someone out that is punishable. Creating a negative attitude or environment is also punishable, which is definitely what's going on in game 2 (aside from the two instances of inflammatory remarks I point out above).

I know it sucks to have people on your team who aren't playing to the meta you'd like them to, or who got smashed in lane, or heck, maybe they're even trolling/intentionally feeding. But don't take it out on the rest of your teammates/players in the game by making a toxic environment for them. Again, this isn't just hate speech/cursing, it's talking about surrendering in the beginning of the game, it's constantly talking about the past instead of the future, etc. Honestly, chat is really only designed to enable you to supplement pings with more information - like if you want your jungler to come do dragon, you can ping it and say "infernal drake enemy jg topside lets take now" or something.

I think if you stick to neutral gameplay chat then you should be fine - if it won't have a direct impact on the future of the game, don't say it.

You think it needs updating in some sort of way... care to expand on that?

What part of it are you unsatisfied with? What would you like to see it do more effectively? I can't vote in a poll to change the system while having no idea what we're changing it to do.
