Leaver buster

I was in league and started a ranked game, then was kicked saying error. and i tried to get back in and it said if u are having trouble with downloading something please visit this like blah blah blah.... I logged in (Before i started que to ranked game) Didnt sa i needed an update please i have a 20 min ban for 5 games. please its not my fault ur game kicked me out of my game, and i had to download a update. Please im not trying to be rude just please get those 20 min leaver buster gone for me.
