Champion Select Dodging

Before I start please excuse my organization of this topic. I am not exactly the best writer. Hopefully I got my point across.

Now, I do not know what other summoners think about this problem, but I sure do think it has an impact on the game. For those of you asking, the problem is dodging in champion select. I have never seen such a high concentration of dodging during champion select in my 2 years of playing LoL. Dodging was thought to be like a sin months back and prior. But the past few months have been awful, dodging has turned into a non-toxic way to remove themselves from games players do not want to play. Dodging used to be associated with trolling and was usually used to avoid bad games when someone wanted to troll, like Heimerdinger jungle with summoner 13 and summoner 1.

Now dodging has turned into a mechanized scheme to allow players to become toxic because, "gg, this game is over because of the enemy team comp," or "wow, really, I didnt get the role I want so let me dodge." Also, when this attitude is taken, and dodging follows, only slight punishment ensues; which, in turn, empower the reason the dodge more games since the 5 minute queue time penalty is not very effective. This may, by chance, create long queue times for players because dodge after dodge players who do not choose to abandon champ select are forced to wait even longer in order to get into a game.

Riot, please fix this.

Feel free to discuss below, fellow summoners. Have a good day.

Dodging is essential to gaining ranks.

When you know the game is lost in champ select we shouldn't be forced to play the game.
