PERMANENTLY BANNED AND ACCUSSED OF USNIG A 3RD PARTY PROGRAM

I was playing a match as twisted fate i sucked and fed pretty hard and here's the link for my stats ( https://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=saltyarab69 ) after the game was done I get a message on the client saying this summoner is permanently banned and auto shut my client after i clicked okay...so i was like what the hell?? shortly after i get an email saying i'm permanently banned because they detected my account is using 3rd party program.... so i messaged riot support by submitting a ticket asking "why did this happen?? is this a mistake? I was very confused and surprised. i took a screen shot of messages..they lack customer service i tell you that much and i'm not staying quiet about this. They literally accused me of something i did not do..they scammed and took my money and my account from me!! ill sue riot if i have to! They messed around with the wrong guy! they better give me back my account or a refund my money!! or their gonna face consequences they're gonna regret!!!

Look at her customer service she closed the file on me..!! they ban you and cant even provide you with evidence... this is a complete scam..after all that money i used on that account they just take it away from me just like that..if their system actually detected something..ill tell you that much its complete bullsh** and they need a better one!!! it detected something false and i bet they dont even review it they just ban you..there's millions of people playing league everyday you think they're going to keep up by reviewing it every time the system detects something fishy..it just automatically bans for sure!!! and their system is rubbish and costed me to lose my account and my money when i fully never ever used a 3rd party program.

RIOT THIS IS NOT OVER YET!!!!!!!

Threatening legal action won't get you anywhere since Riot makes it clear in their terms that you are only allowed access to your account so long as Riot agrees you're following all the rules. They own the account, not you.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I've never cheated, got perma banned.

Their response to me: "You definitely cheated, there's no chance we got it wrong, nothing we can do."

They made a mistake in their cheating detection for sure. Upvote any other posts you see like this, lets get some exposure to riot.

Same thing happened to me. Submitted a ticket, haven't heard anything yet. It's clearly a problem on their end. I suspect they got a lot of real scripters, but sadly other's are being effected.

I was also permanently banned for 3rd party program after losing a game yesterday. I have played since season 1 and never even got a warning about anything. And as soon as the game was over i got permanently banned. I logged onto west and played there with the exact setup 5 minutes after the ban on east and guess what? No ban... With the EXACT same setup... i haven't gotten any response on my ticket yet neither...
