Banned from Hextech Crafting cause of Chatban!?

So Riot you are telling me that after i got put on a chat restriction for 10 games you are also going to perma ban me from a feature of the game that has just been released? May i add that this isn't some small feature... no this is game changing and you have straight locked it from me because i have been chat restricted?! It may just be me but don't you think this is a little much?

"perma ban" If I remember correctly, this is luckily not the case. The restriction should last 2-6 months and you should be free to use the system after your probation period. (Provided you don't break the rules before then.)

Just keep up the new found good attitude I presume you have acquired and if you do that the time will fly, and you'll be able to get into the free skin/champ fun as everyone else.
