Help me improve please

So this is my entire chat log for 3 games, that I was deemed toxic enough to receive a 25 game chat restriction for. I clearly do not understand what is and isn't toxic so I'm requesting authentic help. From what I see the use of Autistic and the word Retard are the offensive parts but if there is other stuff please help me recognize what about the way I speak to others in game, regardless of whether its provoked or not.

Nobody that wants to win the game likes hearing that, it makes it sound like they can no longer rely on you to try. Just keep negativity like that to yourself so it doesn't affect your teammates.

That and the other abusive comments you sent Shaco's way isn't going to make him play any better. Put yourself in his shoes; if you're doing bad you're probably already not having a good time, and your own teammates kicking you when you're down will probably make you play worse. If the Shaco is playing bad intentionally this is quite likely to make him redouble his efforts to troll and direct them at you. If at all possible, talk them down and motivate with positive reinforcement instead.

Specifically for this comment, it is important to note that threatening to report or lobbying to mass report a player is considered harassment and is punishable negative behavior. All reports do is flag their match for review; more reports can't make the system check their behavior any harder. The other players can make their own decisions to report based on what they see and feel should be reported.

Other than that, most of your chat is arguing and blaming teammates. This makes the game that much worse for everyone that has to listen to it, and distracts your own teammates from the game so that they play worse more than anything else. Just mute toxic players and try to focus on the game at hand. Communication can be done efficiently and effectively 99% of the time with just pings, so use those more instead. If you are going to say something that isn't useful or positive, consider just not saying anything.

So, this is reportable but not as intense as some of your later stuff. Here you're putting the blame for the entire game on a single person. Sure, sometimes people have a bad game and throw it, but there's also a chance he was new to the character, having a bad day, or just not paying as close attention as you'd like. That doesn't give you the right to badmouth him.

Instantly report-worthy. Firstly, it's a direct insult. Secondly, it's derogatory to everyone with that condition.

Asking people to report a teammate isn't really cool. Again, this is borderline stuff, but with the rest this pushes it over.

And more accusations laying blame for an entire game on one person.

Now, the potentially useful part.

Firstly, remember that everyone (yourself and myself included) have bad games. No one likes to be called out for it in a negative fashion. There's a WORLD of difference between "Hey Shaco -- I'm struggling a bit top, but I think we can kill him if you pop up here before he backs. Want to give me a hand?" and "gg Shaco is awful and never ganks."

Secondly, if ranting at teammates helps you feel better (and it does help some people), consider doing so out loud or to friends on an external chat client instead of through the in-game chat. I know I have a friend who has a temper issue, and instead of snapping at teammates I've encouraged him to whisper me messages if he wants to talk. It means I get more messages through the client along the lines of "I can't believe this Lee Sin," but it also means that everyone in his game is less subject to his frustration.

But, thirdly and most importantly, remember that you alone get to control your responses. A lot of your typing other than simple information (like "TF no flash" etc) tends to be complaining or belittling or insulting. That's a negative atmosphere at best, and a toxic one at worse. I'd recommend trying a few games where you set your communication goals to be only encouraging, informative, friendly, and constructive. It's a good habit to get into, and I can promise you that, from my own experience, being able to be that player that brings a team together can not only defuse toxic situations but can ALSO decrease the likelihood of finding them in the first place.

Heck, you'll even make some friends you wouldn't have made, and win some games you should have lost because now, instead of everyone being frustrated at each other, they're willing to work as a team, share responsibility, and unify to pull off some great plays.
