Riot's report/banning system

So this game of URF I was gonna have fun as Grag and my mate as Nidalee. As the player rerolled into anivia i was scared of him trolling and he literally said, 'Time to Troll'. yep he learned wall lv 1 and started walling the whole damn team while we were havin a fight. he followed me all the way and kept walling me that i cant recall. i didnt really mind at first cuz i thought he was just gonna do that for a while, and will be playing normally towards a victory. he didnt mind whether we were losing or winning the game or not , he trolled all the way. IK its just an urf game for fun and winning or not doesnt really matter. i dont mind being called a tryhard cuz i am(more or less). i just dont like the gaming attitude. So negative. that all his teammates gaming experience were ruined and that game was a totes waste of time for us. Riot please atleast let him know that other players' feelings are important to that he has to take that into consideration. I am extremely mad about this because Ive been trying hard in ranked games, which i think i should, and one of my teammates just gave up so i cursed him, and i ended up getting banned. Its like, they're the people who are really negative in the game,and i did curse them, just because i wanted to win but they did not. WHAT EVEN IS THE POINT OF STARTING A GAME AND GIVING UP BEFORE IT STARTS OR LIKE 10 MINUTES IN THE GAME DUDE??? WHY WOULD U JUST WANT TO LOSE A DAMN GAME WITHOUT TRYING AT ALL??????????[sg-lux-2]
