ive been seeing this happen a lot... People that know eachother go into a Triple Queue or more, they troll normally (xin hao support, going tahm kench and throwing u into enemies) And then report everyone for unsportsmanlike. This has happened to me and 3 other friends. we got muted... can riot plz check the chat logs harder and the gameplay?
Reports are verified by the system by looking for keywords/phrases, so if you weren't being negative in chat their reports shouldn't hurt you. If you want me to go over your chat logs feel free to post them and I'd be happy to, to help you figure out where you're going wrong. The same goes for your 3 friends you say received a chat restriction over nothing.
Why not show us chat logs :3
You won't get muted for one game (unless you said something realllllly bad). It has to be a number (or percentage?) of games. That game may have been the last straw for your acct before a mute, though.

I've seen those tops alot in ranked lately which is also why i stopped after i hit Silver 5 from Bronze 5 Soon as i hit silver those kinds of players skyrocketed so i think i'll avoid ranked till a couple of bans are handed out
If u got chat restricted then their report was valid.
