Question about feeding players and people who kill them, example in link

We just had a game with a feeding riven that ended up going 0/20/0, and it sucked, I hope the report gets issued, but what will happen to the people who killed her when we told them multiple times she was feeding? There was an enemy sona who would always attack her, knowing she would suicide, while a Zed, bless him, would let her get the execute. Is getting fed off of a feeding player a banable offense?
