It's unlikely this is what your ban was for, though if you are intentionally exploiting a bug for an unfair advantage then that would be grounds for a ban. The only thing you can do is submit a Support Ticket and ask about it, though they will be unable to give you details if the ban was for something else.
they didn't ban you because of that.
