Less than 30% of your chat is toxic = Chat restriction

So i received a chat restriction and after reviewing the game logs they "restricted my chat for" i was quite confused considering less than 30% of the dialogue was even toxic. And I even remember the games verbatim and i had people raging at me the whole game and i maybe retaliated with 2-3 lines of toxic. Is there some kind of formula they use to restrict chat on "toxic" players or do they just strictly go by how many people reported 'X' player for toxic chat

The expectation is that you're 0% toxic.

If I rob a liquor store once a year, I'm not 1/365 a robber, I'm just a robber.

the formula is "how often you were toxic over a period of time/games"

group reports act the same way as 1 report (it flags the system to check for toxicity), and 1 line of toxicity is enough to validate a report. However, false reports will get tossed out.

Basically you aren't just punished for 1 game, but over a period of time where you've exhibited toxic behavior.
