Start Banning Trolls Please

Over the last three day's ive been playing ranked unranked and ever second game there is always a flipping troll making many player rage quit also and i find it quite unfair that to the people that take the game to ranked and have to deal with the same god dam people is just outstanding how riot hasn't been banning people left right and center. I really down understand how riot let the community go to shit so fast there really needs to be a better moderating system. Like I can't even began how mad it makes people dealing with shit to the people at riot reading this **DO **some BANNING because nobody that plays ranked can level the fuck up.
