Does nobody group anymore?

Like good lord people just group when your winning....I have lost 6 games on my smurf after getting gold just to get people who are refusing to group or they just outright int. Like come on man...Is this really what low elo is? Is top lane really that obsolete now? I went from 75% winrate to down to 55%. If anybody and I mean ANYBODY want to duo on a smurf in gold elo please hit me up. Its rather annoying getting uncarryable teammates who just want to troll or int. Im about to give up on this account and just play some other game...for real.
