Why is this bannable? I dont get it

New to game I dont understand why the fk is this bannable Is this for sensitive pricks or what, I just dont understand this community? This looks bad cause you only see one side of chat. I was left 1 v 2 almost all of the game. I kept pinging for help. This game is just full of trolls and just like to tilt good people and GM just bringing the ban hammers out. This all it gave me for one game, i get 25 game chat restriction. What kind of bs is this. I didnt say anything homophobic, racist, or anything remotely offensive.I dont understand this shit from RIOT.
