Getting wrongfully banned because people don't have a sense of humor i need this fix someone please

I've spent a crab load of money with you guys, an two of the games i got reported for wasn't even that bad.People talk way more crap in higher elo yet no one reports them or bans them, because i'm stuck in bronze with children i get reported. An this .0006% is BS because we all know it's higher. I don't feel this perm ban is right, look at the game chat log people where talking crap back and forth perm ban is bull crap

I make fun of myself in the chat log, if you would read it you can see. Little kids just report people for no reason an i get banned for saying "pussy" or "retard" for no reason.

How do i talk to a real person about this situation and not a robot. I've spent good money on this account, the fact i can create a new account and play on it makes no sense why you would ban this account. Can we be logical and not just copy and paste a reply.

Moonsugar here - telling people they're dumb, pussies, stupid, constantly berating them for how they're playing, making antagonistic remarks in all chat, and arguing with other players is absolutely negative. All of these are present in your games, which is why you have consistently received punishments. This account has received many previous warnings in the form of restrictions as well as a warning suspension for extreme and/or excessive negativity. Despite these warnings and opportunities for improvement the negativity on the account has persisted. As a result it has been issued a permanent suspension that we will not be reducing or removing.

I understand that others may be provocative or negative in their own right, but that never excuses responding to that negativity with more negativity. It's important to note that the system looks at each player and their behavior individually. Players contributing negatively to the game are tracked and punished, even if someone else started it or instigated it.

You can create a new account, but similar behavior on a new account will quickly lead to a similar conclusion.

Cause it absolutely makes no sense what so ever to ban a account by allow that person to make another account to play on. Do you not understand how ignorant that sounds? When CS bans you they ban you, you can't even create a new account to get on you are just done 100%. So explain to me how this is logical at all please because this makes no sense to ban me when i've spent probably 500$ plus on this game. When some one makes fun of themselves in a game it means that i am not being negative. An even the bans before hands where not legit bans, I've never entered a game and just started talking shit or trolling people. I have said some thing to someone after or if we pushing i say that was dumb, or if they don't help i say stop being a pussy. But never just start a game talking shit, so nothing that was done is logical in the "banning" sense.

I provided context as to the behavior you're introducing to the game. This behavior is outwardly pointed towards other individuals, not necessarily yourself. To answer your question though, yes, each individual in the game is independently responsible for how they interact with others. Being conscious of your negativity and how it may impact other human beings is a part of the human experience. People aren't cry babies for not wanting to deal with someone's antagonistic and insulting attitude when they're playing a video game that's meant to be fun. It's not acceptable in real life to speak down to people in that manner, it's not any more acceptable in League of Legends.

Just because someone isn't playing to your expectations or your skill level doesn't mean they deserve your ridicule. We do believe that people have the opportunity and ability to change, but it wasn't demonstrated on this account despite being given the chance. The punishment for this is the account being locked permanently. You can keep playing to start over and contribute more positively to the game as similar actions will very quickly lead to a similar conclusion.

Any content on a permanently suspended account is considered lost and is neither recoverable nor transferable.

I talk crap about my self on this game and if you watched my Twitch channel i talk crap all the time about myself and other. It's part of having fun on a game. If you watch people in plat - challenger they make fun all the time and don't get reported at all.

You're making no sense, you are saying " hey, i'm banning you for being negative but go make another account and be negative again because riot gets paid off of the accounts that are made"

This has to be a legal issue when someone pays money on a game and you take that account away for no reason at all. I joke with my buddies all the time about shit when they fail or I fail. It's part of life and that's not being negative at all.

You think someone wants to make another account after spending 500$ plus on a account and being banned because little kids are cry babies and want to report for no reason. If you look at my history of chat logs i constantly bash on myself and i make jokes during the game.

It's up to each player to understand how their actions affect others. You are not just playing by yourself or with friends, you're engaging an entire group of people in each game that you play. Even if you're only negative to one or two people in each game over the course of 100 games, that's still 200 people you impacted. This isn't just about reports, but rather your overall behavior. Highlighting sections where you are not negative does not dismiss the entirety of the negative chat in your games.

You can create a new account to focus on do better. If a new account were to immediately begin contributing negativity to the game it would very quickly lead to disciplinary action, up to and including a permanent suspension. Your rights and obligations regarding the account or any content on the account can be found in our Terms of Use, located on the website.

I got punished for telling someone they are stupid and to shut up and that's all i said the whole game. So that right there is why your system with punishing sucks. You don't look at the game as a whole at all you just see bits and pieces and assume i am being negative.

If i am goofing around during the game obviously i am not serious nor being negative I am what the English language refers to as "joking". People say the SAME shit in higher elo (plat-challenger) and don't get banned.

You think I am going to make a new account after you banned a account i spent 500$ plus lmfao, riots ego way to inflated if you think someone would make a new account and play from the bottom after someone just spent a shit load of money after only playing the game since october of 2015. I wrote a ticket in order to get my account back because of being reported unfairly and being banned over and over again unfairly and chat banned unfairly. The last ticket i wrote after being chat banned wasn't even addressed or replied to because the ban was bullshit. So this is why i am protesting, look at my account as a whole and not just this stupid ban
