Perma banned without any chat suspension

So, I admit it, I might get really really salty in my games but I'm not here for speak about that. Like 2 months or (something like that) I got my account suspended for 2 weeks without any chat suspension. After those 2 weeks I tried my best to don't start swearing too much (before the ban I usually told people to KYS and stop playing the game, thing that I stop doing becouse I really didn't realise that some people could get really offended and yet I feel sorry). The only thing that I let myself tell to other people when I went full berserk mode were insults like ''omfg u r trash man'', ''stop acting like a retarded'' and ''gg bronze''. So at this point some months after 2 weeks ban I was thinking that those weren't considered like ''true swears'' against someone (more like BMs) and I was sure that it wouldn't reach the Perma Ban for that, becouse come on, at least there you could had gave me the chat restriction without a real perma. Now I'm copying here the Chat Logs for let you all guys see what I said in those game. (I'm pretty sure that in the third game I didn't even insult someone, just crying to myself). Im going to explain what happened in the 3 games anyways. 1)Started the game and I had support that would just spam ping, and when I spammed him back he just literally said he would troll, so he went mid leaving me bot alone and then he would afk everytime some of the team would be caught for let him die and laugh behind. 2)In the second game I started really really calm for my standards and I was happy for the team I had. At some point Darius that was feeding started arguing with someone in the team (don't remember who) and while arguing he died. Till now I was already losing my mind but I really did when we lost a fight and didn't won the game becouse he was BMing the enemies in base without attacking the Nexus so they respawned all killed us all. Like guys let's be serious, this ofc happened at least 1 time to everyone and you all know how much FRUSTRATING it is. I admit I lost my mind and started punching the bed( I was really mad but I needed that for keeping a ''sort of'' not totally raging manner in the game. 3)Let's start saying that I'm pretty sure that the only insult I said was ''corki u must be stupid'' (meh). Started in game, I gave my adc role to the toplaner becouse someone in our team banned his champ. The team was already tilting eachother and I started by muting shyvana (I was sure to have muted her but I could still read her messages and she could read mines) and for that I got really but really frustrated becouse I didn't want to tilt there I really really didn't want to but for some DAMN REASON I could still see her bullshittery in chat.

After all this I'm sure the Permaban wasn't correct at all. I didn't receive any chat suspection nor before the Perma nor before the 2 weeks ban so I'm asking myself, why that perma? I Know I can get instantly perma banned for Racism and homophobic talking but I did neither.

You can get an escalated ban that skips the chat restriction steps. This most often happens for hate speech, but it can happen for especially toxic chat too.

Once that happens, you have to figure out how to change, as the next step from there is a perma, as you found out. I'm sorry you lost your account, but there really isn't anything that can be done at this point. Riot doesn't reverse bans unless they were applied in error, which you have admitted yours wasn't.

If you choose to make a new account, you should focus on your own play and aim for only helpful, game-focused chat. Calling people out for their misplays doesn't really work that well and pretty much just devolves into harassment.

After your 14-day ban you are explicitly told that your account is on thin ice and further toxicity will result in a permanent ban. If you then go and insult your teammates in the fashion presented above, that escalation will definitely happen.

The 14-day ban is a final warning. If your behavior does not improve, the next punishment is a permanent ban.

You were not instantly perma-banned -- you were escalated to a 14-day ban for telling another player to self-harm (as you admitted), and told that was your final warning. This is, unfortunately, the natural progression of insulting and harassing your team after said final warning.

Take your own advice. This Acc is gone. If you think youre a better person now, go and make a new Acc. You surely wont get banned, since you dont do anything wrong.
