Perma banned without any chat suspension

So, I admit it, I might get really really salty in my games but I'm not here for speak about that. Like 2 months or (something like that) I got my account suspended for 2 weeks without any chat suspension. After those 2 weeks I tried my best to don't start swearing too much (before the ban I usually told people to KYS and stop playing the game, thing that I stop doing becouse I really didn't realise that some people could get really offended and yet I feel sorry). The only thing that I let myself tell to other people when I went full berserk mode were insults like ''omfg u r trash man'', ''stop acting like a retarded'' and ''gg bronze''. So at this point some months after 2 weeks ban I was thinking that those weren't considered like ''true swears'' against someone (more like BMs) and I was sure that it wouldn't reach the Perma Ban for that, becouse come on, at least there you could had gave me the chat restriction without a real perma. Now I'm copying here the Chat Logs for let you all guys see what I said in those game. (I'm pretty sure that in the third game I didn't even insult someone, just crying to myself). Im going to explain what happened in the 3 games anyways. 1)Started the game and I had support that would just spam ping, and when I spammed him back he just literally said he would troll, so he went mid leaving me bot alone and then he would afk everytime some of the team would be caught for let him die and laugh behind. 2)In the second game I started really really calm for my standards and I was happy for the team I had. At some point Darius that was feeding started arguing with someone in the team (don't remember who) and while arguing he died. Till now I was already losing my mind but I really did when we lost a fight and didn't won the game becouse he was BMing the enemies in base without attacking the Nexus so they respawned all killed us all. Like guys let's be serious, this ofc happened at least 1 time to everyone and you all know how much FRUSTRATING it is. I admit I lost my mind and started punching the bed( I was really mad but I needed that for keeping a ''sort of'' not totally raging manner in the game. 3)Let's start saying that I'm pretty sure that the only insult I said was ''corki u must be stupid'' (meh). Started in game, I gave my adc role to the toplaner becouse someone in our team banned his champ. The team was already tilting eachother and I started by muting shyvana (I was sure to have muted her but I could still read her messages and she could read mines) and for that I got really but really frustrated becouse I didn't want to tilt there I really really didn't want to but for some DAMN REASON I could still see her bullshittery in chat.

After all this I'm sure the Permaban wasn't correct at all. I didn't receive any chat suspection nor before the Perma nor before the 2 weeks ban so I'm asking myself, why that perma? I Know I can get instantly perma banned for Racism and homophobic talking but I did neither.

After your 14-day ban you are explicitly told that your account is on thin ice and further toxicity will result in a permanent ban. If you then go and insult your teammates in the fashion presented above, that escalation will definitely happen.

The 14-day ban is a final warning. If your behavior does not improve, the next punishment is a permanent ban.

You were not instantly perma-banned -- you were escalated to a 14-day ban for telling another player to self-harm (as you admitted), and told that was your final warning. This is, unfortunately, the natural progression of insulting and harassing your team after said final warning.

I've read tons of topics like mine and in all they speak about this, there is always a chat suspension. So I'm trying to understand why in my chase there was none. You can say I'm toxic but my behavior was surely getting better game after game and Riot can't pretend that from 1 day to another I'll become a really calm guy, they can't even pretend that to happen from now to 3 months. This happened all on the same day so since the first game I was a little bit furious and I'm really damn fuck sorry for that becouse I always thinked about the fact I would calm from different games. With all my entire Hearth I was trying to chill down so damn much. After the permaban my hearth broke becouse it was like Riot told me like a big fat ''no'' to my face destroying my hopes to become better. I would really appreciate to speak about that to a riot member himself.

Every time I see these phrases, they receive an immediate 14-day ban due to Riot's zero tolerance for such actions. As you yourself said, "before the ban I usually told people to KYS and stop playing the game."

This will escalate your account punishment past the chat restriction phase, and the only way to drop down is to show acceptable behavior over a long period of time.

I would really appreciate to speak about that to a riot member himself.

You can send a ticket to Riot Support, but they will likely tell you the same things we are telling you here. I would not expect to see them overturn this punishment, as you did receive your final warning and, although you may have improved, your improvements still resulted in highly toxic in-game behavior. SOME improvement isn't enough, unfortunately -- it is on you to take the time and find the techniques needed to manage your behavior, and it is not acceptable to behave poorly towards other players during a long, slow improvement period.

No, I get that.

I'm saying that is what earned you the immediate 14-day ban, and escalated your punishment beyond chat restrictions. Chat restrictions only come if your account's punishment level is very low, and a 14-day ban puts your account at the HIGHEST punishment level before a permanent ban. The only way to get it back down is consistent non-toxic behavior over several months.

This is why you got no chat restrictions -- you skipped them completely due to violating a zero-tolerance policy against encouraging self-harm, which put your account on the stage where the next punishment of any sort is a permanent ban.

Oh, now I got you point m8, but that feels strange man. The months after the 14 days ban I was constantly improving my relations with other people. The first week after the ban I stopped insulting with hate speech but I yet was salty but I was not banned there. I only got banned after 2 months and I'm asking to myself why, becouse I was (sort of) improving really well. Now that I got this punch in the face it will make that hard to improve becouse probably I will never do another account or play the game ever again. Like I'm nothing like Tyler1 but I would take his chase in example. Only after 1 year or more he slowly reached a normal standard for league resulting his unban from league at all. Like I DO REALLY UNDERSTAND that people need to keep calm but they do need time too.

He has a unique ban against HIM, not his accounts. If he does get unbanned (which isn't certain yet) it is just that his accounts will stop being banned on sight. He will NOT regain access to any previous accounts.

And you can take all the time you need...just not on League's servers. They do not (and should not, in my mind) allow unacceptable toxicity from someone just because it's an improvement from the really nasty stuff they were doing earlier. If someone chooses to play again before they've figured out how to manage their behavior that is, sadly, not Riot's burden to bear.

The mute button is made to stop people being aggressive to you, it's not like that if I just ignore someone is the same, it's not. Only watching the fact you are getting insulted for something you thinked was right and maybe it was someone is flaming you makes you lose your mind. The difference that no one understands is that someone prefers writing someone will keep it in mind and doing nothing. What Riot wants is that no one has to be negative in the game but they will always have that hard feeling in their mind wich is not good at all. It's just better to say it in chat than start raging in your house.

Correct. It does not justify or excuse their behavior though. It's a tool to stop having to deal with, not a tool to enable it.

What Riot wants is that no one has to be negative in the game but they will always have that hard feeling in their mind wich is not good at all. It's just better to say it in chat than start raging in your house.

They need to find another outlet for it other than League's chat. Riot has been very clear on the fact that abusing another player is unacceptable, and I do not see them changing that stance at any point.

Riot care deeply about their players. It is mostly due to this fact that they will NOT let someone continue to insult players in the name of slow improvement. If it takes a player just three games to improve, that's still 27 other players who have been exposed to unnecessary toxicity. If it takes a player 50 games to improve that's 450 other players who have been exposed to unnecessary toxicity. That's bad for the playerbase.

If you reported them and their behavior is toxic, they will be punished (or at least have strikes against them added to how the system views their future behavior).

Well, probably I will send a ticket asking the unban wich they will refuse. Then I'll send another asking to delete the account himself. I should really start focusing on real life, studying and hangin out with friends. And it's really sad becouse I never did 1 of those 3 things.

I meant that all cases which involves racial slur or self-killing phrases like k.y.s., the n- word & so on will be escalated to a 14 days suspension & permabans, so technically, your statement was nonsense. You already had a 14 days suspension 2 months ago, so you're already confirmed to be permaban as your next punishment. Hate speech or not, if there's any sign of negativity being detected in your logs, high or not, you WILL be permabanned.

Yes, exactly. After the 2 weeks ban I changed my mind really hard and stopped saying to other people. I stopped telling people to harm themself and I even started telling people to stop doing that becouse I readed topics that really made me cry (people losing their parent or family for suicide). I'm sure with all my spirit that I did a big jump from being really toxic to become a person that didn't really insult except little ones. Maybe is the fact that my english isn't perfect and some words that I costantly see around in games like dumbfucks or you're trash aren't really huge insults at all becouse they are so common to see.

As I said, I appreciate that you improved. But improving from super toxic to fairly toxic isn't the improvement the community needs -- it's not okay to say "well, you only makes games BAD experiences instead of AWFUL ones, so that's fine."

You can get an escalated ban that skips the chat restriction steps. This most often happens for hate speech, but it can happen for especially toxic chat too.

Once that happens, you have to figure out how to change, as the next step from there is a perma, as you found out. I'm sorry you lost your account, but there really isn't anything that can be done at this point. Riot doesn't reverse bans unless they were applied in error, which you have admitted yours wasn't.

If you choose to make a new account, you should focus on your own play and aim for only helpful, game-focused chat. Calling people out for their misplays doesn't really work that well and pretty much just devolves into harassment.

Maybe you feel like a better person than me by saying that. But you have to think that not all people are costantly happy in their lives. Think about it, if one day by accident you hurt someone you love and that person from now on wouldn't talk to you anymore, what would you think? That's literally what I feel I did to Riot myself.

Maybe you feel like a better person than me by saying that. But you have to think that not all people are costantly happy in their lives. Think about it, if one day by accident you hurt someone you love and that person from now on wouldn't talk to you anymore, what would you think? That's literally what I feel I did to Riot myself.

You didnt accidently hurt anyone dude you attacked and berated people on three different occasions, used slurs against people with disabilities, and persisted to be a %%%%.

When I hurt people I love on accident its not because I called them names, belittled their intelligence, or anything like that. You need to learn how to control yourself

Like, I'm going to answer to what I understanded becouse the lack of dots and commas made me hard to understand your topic. I'm sure that I didn't hurt anyone using slurs against people with disabilities. In those occasions I felt attacked by my own teammates and I answerd their insults with the same topic of their insults. Like I don't think you realized that you are insulting me becouse I'm insulting someone. As I said everyone need time and I was making progress from one game to another for keep calm.
