Banned for 14 days and i haven't had a chat restriction in 3 years...

Was banned for 14 days due to me flaming in two games. In both games i was being flamed by multiple people before i caved in. And in one of the said games, one of my teammates decided that he was no longer going to participate and that we had to win by ourselves. He even said "damn, im throwing and you cant even win", to the opposing team. I would understand a chat restriction as punishment because i do admit that i was flaming, but i think that a 14 day ban and removal of my level 3 honor is a bit ridiculous considering that iv'e put countless hours into the game since season 2 and have spent hundreds of dollars. And i know most of the people on here are going to say that i deserved my punishment, etc. But really? what happened to the different tiers of punishment? Considering i havent had a chat restriction in the last few seasons, id say it was a bit much.

EDIT: Logs Please note that when referring to "we speak American here in NA", i'm not that ignorant. I was duoq with a friend and in our Skype call, he told me i should say it. Not saying that its not my fault or anything, just don't take it as being ignorant.

I got 14 day ban for call "%%%got" no prior chat no warning . 14 day ban one Word, Out. Since then months not toxicity again. Take It or spit It. Thats how this Game works.

As advice after your 14 day ban lifted never ever type anything and play in mute mode

This doesn't look like it would normally deserve skipping punishment tiers. There are 3 potential explanations I can think of. If none of them apply, I would suggest a support ticket.

Pre and post-game chat is looked at by the IFS, but it currently cannot link those logs in the reform card, so if you used any slurs or urged self harm there, that would explain the escalation.

Sometimes when the IFS punishes an account for gameplay offenses, like intentional feeding, trolling, or griefing, it links the chatlog instead.

If you edited out any slurs, that would show that you know why your punishment was escalated, so posting this would be completely useless, as we can't change penalties given by the system and those who can, can see the unedited logs.
