New Punishment for Dodging Champion Select?

Lately when I have been queing up for Ranked or Normals, I have seening a big increase in Dodging. I feel that the 5 mins punishment for sitting through an entire Champ Select is not harsh enough. Especially if you have to sit through multiple Dodges. We all know that Champion Select takes a long time, just think when we get to a 10 ban system. Yikes!

My suggestion would be that the punishment for Dodging be a % Based Time System. Basically the longer you sit in Champ Select, the longer your punishment. If you immediately Dodge once Champ Select starts your punishment would be 3 mins. As you get further in the time goes up.

Champion Select Starts - 3 mins Ban Phase Ends - 6 mins Second Rotation - 8 mins Fourth Rotation - 10 mins Champion Select Ends - 15 mins

What do you guys think? Would love to see if anyone agrees or if it's just me. Also if you have anything to add feel free. Would love some suggestions on how to possibly make it better.

It's currently the most punishing for repeat offenders. I've had to wait over 30 minutes to get into a game because I wanted to queue with a friend of mine who was a frequent dodger. And I think that's fair.

No. The trolls who are holding people hostage in champ select should be punished, period. I'm sick and tired of people taking advantage of the system. Players are forced to dodge and LOSE LP, while trolls get away scot-free. Not only do they lose LP, they get locked out of queue while trolls continue their malicious behavior.
