Yet another ban due to 3rd party programs. Is something going on?

So I got an email just a few hours ago notifying that I was banned for use of 3rd party program. This is really upsetting because I'm vacation for my birthday I get this email saying I've been banned.

Now I've been playing since right before season 1. I've never been chat restricted, leave bustered or anything of the sort. I don't flame, I tend to have a level head most of time while playing the game.

I have a lot of cash invested I to this game. I mean well over 1500 bucks. (I wanted to support rito when they were first starting) and I'm a huge collector when it comes to things.

I'd consider myself an average player but I've been trying to climb recently. Now barring all this mind why would I risk something that's so important to me and something I've worked so hard on and supported for so long. I can't wrap my head around it. Especially considering I just shelled out another 20 bucks to buy the vday skin a few days ago.

Now I've been reading a few different thread of people saying they're experiencing the same issue. I can't help to think this is a mistake on riots end. I really wish we can this matter looked into because I don't know I can stomach being unjustly banned from a game I've poured tons of hours and money into.

Some questions:

  1. Have you ever had someone else play on your account?
  2. Have you ever played on someone else's computer?
  3. Do you have any games in your match history that you don't recognize?
  4. Do you use mouse/keyboard macros for any game, League or otherwise?

You have a stretch of games during May, June, July of 2016 where your summoner spells keep swapping back and forth and the performance is very inconsistent when clustering the games by their summoner spell locations. Is there a particular reason why that is?

You come here on boards complaining about 3rd party program permanban all shocked and sad, but it never crossed your mind that it might be your friends fault since you let him play on your acc? You never thought that he might have a 3rd program or something riot would find banable?

How do people not think of this stuff.... seriously.

Same thing happend to me man. I've had my account since end of season 1, spent hundreds of dollars, no previous suspensions, and now all of a sudden get permanent banned for a "3rd party program" which I have NEVER used. I have never let anyone else play on my account either. Not worth cheating and getting my account to banned that I've had for so long so hopefully they figure this out. Good luck to you man.
