Permanently banned

I got this email

"This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be." ( this was at the top of the emial in a seperate box)

I dont know what this means. After this email a few minutes later I got this one

I dont use 3rd party programs. I had changed the voice files in the past to the japanese version but ive already changed them back to the english version and riot support said that changing the voice files will not get you banned. https://twitter.com/RiotSupport/status/511961111780814848

Anyone got any advice on this? Im sure itll get fixed but I have no idea how long it will take for them to reply to my ticket
