I got this email

"This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be." ( this was at the top of the emial in a seperate box)

I dont know what this means. After this email a few minutes later I got this one

I dont use 3rd party programs. I had changed the voice files in the past to the japanese version but ive already changed them back to the english version and riot support said that changing the voice files will not get you banned. https://twitter.com/RiotSupport/status/511961111780814848

Anyone got any advice on this? Im sure itll get fixed but I have no idea how long it will take for them to reply to my ticket

Just because you got banned doesn't mean you're a bad person. It just means that you aren't a good person.

I dont understand why you made that comment. I wasnt debating that I was a bad or good person, I was wondering how long it takes for league support to give a reply.

If you want you can judge me based on my question and seeking advice if you want though

Im sorry but judging me as a human being isnt helping me. Also my behavior is pretty good I dont flame people and I am normally positive in chat, I am not toxic I was banned "due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client" I dont use any besides legal ones like lolreplay and changing the voice to japanese, thats why I made this thread to see if someone knows roughly how long it takes for support to reply to a ticket,

I really feel like you didnt read any of the thread before posting and insulted me as a person, Its fine wether or not you believe me but dont insult me as ive done nothing to deserve it.

Thats why I sent the ticket, to find out. I was mainly making this post to see how long it normally takes them to respond to tickets.

RIOTERS aren't on the boards 24/7 though. Heck even the ones who do come to the boards are doing on their own free time!

You did SOMETHING to get yourself banned. But if its a false ban it can get uplifted. Please read the boards Thread I linked earlier. If you used anything that is listed as Not allowed that would be why.

Ive used recording software in the past like action and fraps but that shouldnt be an issue and the only other thing I can think of is the voice thing
