Unnecessary Permaban

I was playing a match as Kindred Jungle, and was playing pretty badly. My whole entire team started getting tilted and flamed me for the whole entire game. After the match I was reported by everyone who thought I was inting. I admitted to feeding, but I never intended on doing so. Most of the time I kept dying from trying to counter jungle my stacks, but I also kept pushing and getting multiple towers and even pushed into mid inhibitor. I don't think my permaban was necessary as I was just playing like I belonged in Plastic V.

Well, even disregarding the part where you admitted to "feeding" - which, by the way, I would never call it "feeding", more just getting beat - you are pretty aggressive towards your teammates and all around kind of a jerk - especially that bit at the end:

If this is following a fourteen day ban, then the permaban was indeed necessary.

Regardless of it being a joke or not and whether or not everyone was aware of that much, it still caps off a fairly negative, and, unfortunately punishable chat log.

Which, leads me to ask rather than state; was this following a fourteen-day ban?

No, I haven't gotten a fourteen day ban at all. Or not one that I know of.

If that's the case, then you'll want to submit a ticket to Player Support asking for a review of the permaban - escalated punishments often only occur from gameplay-related toxicity (actual intentional feeding/griefing/trolling) or zero-tolerance chat (hate speech, encouragements of self-harm, etc.)

When you submit the support ticket, be sure to outline the situation clearly - tell them that you were unduly punished with a permanent suspension, which likely may have occurred from a mistaken escalation (likely tipped off from the admitted "feeding"), and that you understand the chat log is still punishable, but not quite to the degree that was issued due to your not having intentionally fed, and there not being any particularly bad chat.

And, of course, be patient when waiting for a response. It may take some time for them to look the case over, but they will do their best to keep you updated on it.

Hope you get your punishment lowered to an appropriate tier, and I thank you for being honest with me. Good luck!

I did hate speech cuz I couldn't take being ridiculed of intentionally feeding, but I too was being victimized from hate speech for the whole entire game

Posting fake posts like this with altered chat logs that hide how toxic you were wont solve anything. Riot Tantrum will usually appear in here and post your real chat logs anyways. Then you just look dumb for lying.

If you're really innocent, put in a player support ticket.

It's a general rule that other player's actions don't excuse your own - two wrongs don't make a right, after all.

That said, I think you may have misinterpreted Volibears Keeper's comment - googling up Hate Speech definition provides this:

Hate speech is speech which attacks a person or group on the basis of attributes such as race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability, or gender.

You seem to have mistaken what Volibears Keeper said, as you referred to your flaming as though it were hate speech - which, thankfully for you, it isn't.

I hope my assumption is on the mark, and I also hope that it clears things up for both sides.

honestly these names have been around for years and at least in my games, everyone seems to take them as the joke they are meant to be.

i wouldn't immediately assume a player with "________ or feed" was going to int.

These are all things in your chat log that wouldn't get you banned if this was your first offense since they are pretty mild and none are considered zero tolerance triggers, but if your account has a history of negative behavior and punishments and the system sees that you are consistently getting reported every few games, this could easily put you over the edge. You call your teammates blind and trash, you say they suck, and you ask for reports... which 1) you don't need to do bc just one report gets the game flagged for review and 2) is considered harassment.

So no, I wouldn't say this game alone is ban worthy (even though you sound like a douche in it), but this game on top of a history of toxicity? Yeah. Yeah it is.

If that is true and this was the only chatlog you received, I'm a little surprised you went from a chat restriction to a permaban. It seems like you skipped a step or two in their punishment system.

I recommend you submit a support ticket and ask for clarity. All we can do here as members of the community (even the mods), is explain to you where you went wrong. We can't know for sure what all was considered in your ban. Occasionally, if a permaban was made in error, you can get it reversed.

Good luck. I hope you're able to get some understanding about the situation from the support staff :)
