Did you know that people who are lv6 are put with people who are lv24. You know people who know what they are doing with people who suck at league. Well no wonder many people are so toxic. So what you should do is to try and balance out the teams more so that it could be more fair. Hell my teammates were feeding katarina until she was 12,0 one time. I told them to "Stop feeding you noobs." They were feeding, and they are blaming me, the guy carrying them. One of my teammates then say, "Its your fault for telling me to play nunu. I never even played him before." Either that or, "Stop being so toxic!" Ok first of.. Nunu is like malphite. Super tanky, easy to hit alt, and has a few targeted abilities. Second. How am I being toxic? Its like that one time where you ask for $5, and then the person who you are trying to get money from acts like they're being mugged or something. Riot, don't be lazy, and at least try to make matchups more reasonable. Soother people don't have to be toxic. Or less likely to be.

Shac is right ^, people make mistakes in league and theres no point of just flaming at them, not everyone is perfect. theres a reason why youre stuck in that elo your in.

you know there arent that many ppl under lv 30 so the longer the Q the higher the chance of getting matched with "better" mates

also imagine you see someone who is just learning to ride a bike... ofc he will fall off at the beginning. do you think by telling him "stop falling off your bike you idiot" he learns to ride it any faster? no! stupid.
