Permabanned Acount for 3rd Party Modifications?

Hi!

My main account, GeraldDuck, got permabanned for 3rd Party modifications to league. I never used any sort of modifications or hacks to alter my league client so it gives any sort of in game advantage. The only thing I did (and I see that other people did this as well) was install LOLReplay, and even then, I only used it a few times and gave up using it. I got marked for being permabanned right after I upgraded my Windows to Windows 10, and it automatically installed some sort of Xbox Game Bar that popped up when I launched league. So that might have been it, as well. I'm kind of suspecting that my account might have been flagged because I started getting a big win streak. But the thing is, this coincides with the timing of when League suddenly allowed people to have pre-made teams of greater than 2, but less than 5. And so instead of randoms, I got to play with friends who belonged at a higher elo, but ended up getting put in silver due to some very bad placements. I might have been reported for 3rd party modifications by someone we played against, but it just seems weird for people to report that about me when I only play support.

The problem is, I contacted Riot, and they keep repeating the same copy paste message, just saying that I am forever permabanned due to 3rd party modifications that ruined the game for everyone. What makes this worse is that, while I installed LOLReplay, I hardly used it, so I have no recordings to be able to show them I wasn't hacking! Does anyone know if there is a phone number I can call, or a way I can escalate this issue so that someone else can look into this further? Does anyone know a staff member who won't just automatically say the same thing, but actually look into this further? I'm getting desperate.

First off, its not LOLReplay, nor Windows 10 upgrade. loads of people use those services so if it was that there would be a hell of a lot of people ban, but even then Riot knows people uses services like this and neither of them modify the game in any way! What does sound suspicious is the people you might have been playing with. Could they have been scripting, or using some sort of mod? Im not too sure how it works, but i would assume if you kept queuing with the same person and they continued to use hacks/scripts with you always being queued up with them would assume you as an accomplice. If anything i would check with the people you queued with and see if they got ban as well.

If its none of those the only other explanation would be that you either bought your account (which is usually used for fast leveling up by hacks from the prior account holder) you gave your account for boosting, or sharing your account in general is usually coupled with the 3rd party Ban Waves!

Yeah, once you are permabanned you aren't getting that account back regardless of what evidence you prove. I was hacked and got banned because of someone else, I tried for over a month to get a reverse of the permaban. I just got the same copy and paste answer as with ANY reply you get from Riot Support team. So in other words you basically just got screwed out of an account you did nothing wrong on. I know your feel :(

Playing on a different computer/IP Address wouldnt trigger it unless it was something impossible like if you live in Cali and your brother lives in New York, and you were able to log in 5mins after you logged out of your account to your bothers laptop. If you truly believe you are innocent (im sorry but a lot of people come on here saying the same thing about not knowing about hacks, or not sharing their account only to have them come clean in the replies that someone else was on their account, or hacking) by all means contact Support, and continue to contact them till you get someone who can actually help.

Remember that they wont give you every little detail (especially like what actually cause the ban) for obvious reasons that you could be someone who works on hacking/scripting or give info to these people. Its sad, but it is how it is, and its really for the better. But again keep contacting them and hopefully you can either get your account back, or know a little bit more about your ban!

normally i don't believe people that post things like this, but scripting on Leona doesn't make much sense (leona is about decision making not raw mechanics) and that was your main right before the ban.

I got banned for the same thing and I've never even tried cheating. It's super frustrating to deal with. And they keep sending me the same cookie cutter message too. Here's to hoping we both get out accounts back. But if we do, Riot has to admit their fault, and that's not something they're willing to do unfortunately.

lol it gets better you installed it becuase its a feature literally every game but lol has and you wanted it for what ever reason
