My account Perma Banned?

So I was playing adc and my support played smite tahm. This guy goes and trolls the whole game and feed he was already on a chat restriction. I open bot cause the game was over. This tahm was smurfing and trying to dump his MMR. His last game he does the same thing and prolly was reported also. There was a another game where someone admitted to being a booster and trolled the game and lost it for us and I look him up on op.gg 3 weeks later and he is still able to play.

I am forced to quit cause my support laner is trolling the game he was eating me and trying to spit me out in the middle of the enemy so i had to huddle turret for the first 6 min till he finally decided to just roam the map and give kills. I was so far behind in cs that i could not even do anything so i just open bot cause, and I am the one that get perma banned? This one guy said that I would get banned if he report me so I expect it to be a alt account of a rioter cause I had a 14 day ban like a month ago and have not been as toxic or had any punishment since that happened. I mean by not flaming.

So how does my account goes from 14 day suspension (was the only one), to cleaning up my act and getting out of dishonored to straight to perma banned 1 1/2 months later (which I had zero penalty to warrant a perma ban) cause it was my fault we lost and not the feeding support tahm with smite smiting the junglers camps. IF anything i should got a chat restriction.

But i have been called %%%%%%'s, people wanted my mother to die, and all types of things nothing happen to them when i report them cause i never got feedback. But some smurf/booster, plays tahm with smite and tilt his adc and the adc get perma banned. Must be nice working for riot.

edit: Just op.gg the troll smite tahm he trolled 5 games in a row my game being the 2nd into losses and I get perma banned cause of this guy. look at my match history and u will see the tahm (was last match played) and look at his match history his summoners name.

Dude, Riot doesn't care what other people do in your game, they don't overlook everything and decide whether it is ban worthy, they just look after your actions. If there will be 4 people afk on your team and you won't play because of that, you also will be punished for being afk. If someone will insult you and your family and you will stand up for yourself and say some bad word back, you will get punished, that's how it is. You just have to soak it all up, press the mute button and be a punching bag for guys like tahm kench who spit you out in the middle of enemy team or whatever, and if you get tilted and refuse to play, say something bad, you risk getting punished. I don't know what exactly did you say, but you seem like a nice guy who wouldn't initiate and start flaming without any reason.

I posted my chat logs in the comment below on the reason I was perma banned. I just think that the whole system is broken cause I had people openly type in chat they are a booster, sharing account, and people that in multiple games troll and nothing happen to them. But if I fart side ways on a new account I get hit hard and fast.

I have 2 accounts only had 2 accounts and this one that got perma banned took me 2 years to level (cause I hate the old lvl system). Don't get it wrong i have been toxic and deserved the 14 day ban but I stopped that and did not deserve this perma ban after I got out of the dishonored rank last week. That's why i think someone from riot was on a alt account and wanted to "flex" cause the ban went to perma to fast when I was being a good guy for more than a month.

Well, you didn't say even a single bad word to him. How is this evidence for a perma ban.. Just write a ticket and hope that you will be unbanned, I can imagine how tilting that tahm kench was tough.

Hate to ask this. But how do I open a ticket I never opened one before? I also hope This account gets unbanned, cause I try to skill up on champs in ranked after I learn them in normal on this account before I play them on my main account.

Well, seems like if you are perma banned, you can't create any tickets? I don't really know. You have to ask someone who knows about this stuff or just search on google.

The first thing i want to stated is that no, you are not FORCED to give up. You can easily play and therefore win in a match with a troll. its rare, but it can happen. Stop giving them the attention they think they deserve and theyll either stop entirely, or continue so badly that it gives them more evidence against them thus being able to get punished.

With that said, your previous punishment wasnt that long. In general you need to give the system about 3 months to show you have improved. This means being on your best behavior. Even a small amount of toxicity and kick you out, which judging by the chatlogs you shown has toxicity. You need to stop seeing this as something that can get you permaban, and seeing it as something that can get your punished period.

Does your chatlog show anything that can get your punished? Yes! You are trying to get other people to report this Tahm, which is not needed. One report equals any number of reports. As all it does is trigger/flag the account to be reviewed. Not only that but you accuse and thus try to force your other teammates to report this person over an assumption. Which is wrong. You dont know if they were boosting, and if they did state it, why would you need to repeat it when your teammates can see it as well? but again why assume anything? If you feel like they are breaking the rules report them for it, but dont force other to do so as well unless you are 100% sure. Then the rest of your chatlogs are nothing more than just giving up on the game. Which again is bringing in a negative impact on the game. So now not only does the other people on your team gotta deal with a troll, but they have to deal with someone blowing up chat with Negative Moral!

Just play the game. Dont give people attention who are trolling because that is what they want. Continue to play and if you truly feel like the game is lost Surrender Vote. If it fails then it more than likely means the rest of the team believes you can at least try to win even with someone trying to stop you.

No I wouldn't have flamed him because I've been on the internet long enough to know not to feed the troll! I get that people are going to troll in games and it sucks. Thankfully because I play support it's never one of those cases of people getting Auto filled to support and troll. but people troll for other reasons like getting their champion ban. It's not fun the best course of action is to not feed them with what they want! I ignore them and report them leaving a full detail of what they did to ruin my game!

Why should he keep trying? To not get banned, waste his time, and get tilted even more? This is a game and you should be having fun by playing it, not be forced to play with trolls and intentional feeders just to not get banned.

What toxicity he did show? Saying everyone to report tahm? I completely understand him, it is so tilting when someone does that, that you want everyone to report him, doesn't matter if 1 report means 9 reports. Are you seriously calling these chat logs toxic? Just because one guy was INTENTIONALLY losing and feeding a guy refused to play and let the enemy team win faster, he didn't swear a SINGLE fricking time and this is punishable.. This is ridiculous.

Second of all "Just play the game, don't give attention to trolls"???? Just by playing the game you let them troll you, steal jungle camps, steal cs etc. Just by not trying and letting game finish is not giving attention to troll and he will get bored quickly because there will be no one to troll.

Might as well give up the game after a permanent ban. Being forced to play with trolls to not get banned is the dumbest thing I have ever heard and calling these chat logs toxic... I don't know, if this is toxic to you, how did you get through school?

Riot should overlook their stupid behavior system. Before issue a ban, investigate the situation and then react, simply seeing single-sided chat saying report "x" for doing "y" is enough to ban? This is really going over the line. League of Behavior.

EDIT: have you ever played cs:go? I played that game for 3 or 4 years and only this year came to league. There were a lot of trolls. They were blocking in spawn, team flashing, blocking all over the map etc. There was only 1 way to deal with them, go afk and just minimize the game, they would get bored because they had no one to troll anymore. And here it should be the same, if someone is so keen on trolling, let him troll for 5 minutes and report after game. Refusing to try to play and win is a normal thing if your teammates are intentionally losing and trolling.

Sadly i havent played CSGO so im not sure how all that works, but if im not mistaken as well in that game you can drop in and out, so its a completely different type of game as league so you cant really compare it!

The idea of trying to win a game and earn LP for the troll makes me sick, if he doesn't want to play and win, fine, i don't care, just get it over with. I understand that everyone gets trolls, but everyone is different. Maybe you are a guy who doesn't care if someone trolls, you just keep trying even if the game is hopeless, but I am a person who won't proceed to try because someone is INTENTIONALLY trolling me and my teammates, i will just farm under turret. And I am not talking about moments where for example mid lane goes 0-8 or the overall score is 8-20 and I will give up. No, i won't. If he will try and help the team, I will try my best to bring the game back. The obvious and intentional trolls make me sick, and I will stop trying.

Honestly do you think this guy deserves punishment? He didn't do anything bad. I don't know about his past actions, but this time he isn't doing anything punishable, don't you agree? I can imagine how tilting that tahm guy was.

The next step up from a 14 day restriction is a perma ban. I don't know what you're looking for, dude.

The problem Is that I did nothing to warrant a perma BAN if anything I shoulda got a chat restriction. When I got the 14 day ban I was super toxic almost every game. I stopped being toxic and out of 1 1/2 months I have stopped talking toxic in general (calling people out on their gmaes played and win percent is considered toxic that is how i got the 14 day ban) in chat and have not had a ban or chat restriction since. This game was odd cause of the feeding Tahm (that has done the same in 5 games in a row and each adc had low cs numbers and almost no involvement in the game while he goes smite look him up and u will see.)

If anything I shoulda got a chat restriction for telling the zed that he has played 250 games and have a 49% win rate and I played 90 so he should not call people bad cause we all are bad. I didn't say anything negative that wasn't true (win percent zed) i just tried to soak up what little farm i could get out of that last game.

My main account i have done more and it isn't perma banned. I had a 14 day ban on that account also like a year ago but i get more chat restrictions on that which the last one is prolly like 4-5 months ago.

How do I find chat logs I will gladly post them. I was going to copy paste the email from riot but I did not get a e-mail. The match was 20 min long and i was getting a lot of hate toward the end like it was my fault. and tahm smited red buff camp from the junlger which set him behind cause it was his first camp. Wish there was a time stamp on these.
