Account banned for no reason

I got on my computer and opened league of legends to find that my account has been permanently banned without and 2 week suspensions or any altercations before and when I go to my email there is none, can anyone help me?

That looks like a shield ban to protect your account. Happens when someone else tries to access it so your account stays secure. That or there may have been a chargeback. Contact support to really see what's up, not much we can do for you.
