Hand eye coordination test and internet lag test before playing normally

People usually points out the problem with bronze is that we have no map awareness and decision and warding and stuff. But about 30 % of bronze are "super extra special group of people"

they are neither trolls or very eager to go off meta. They are just trashes of the league, playing with bad internet and just bad at pressing keyboard and mouses in general. I have personal experience with this.

Bad internet

When i was 12, I started playing league of legends and realised how much of a team game this is. My internet was bad and was constantly having 200 ms or above, i would constantly feed the enemy. I forced my self to stop playing league for 2 YEARS UNTIL WE MOVED TO ANOTHER HOUSE( lots of determination). Because i feel responsible for loses and will take full responsibility. But not all players are like this, they continue to play and ignore everything.

My suggestion is that integrate a periodic internet check when the account is created. There will be a standard and if an account fails the standard for example 5 times in a roll, you will be banned from league until you request another check and pass.

Bad hand eye coordination

My sister is a great example of this, she is 14 currently and downloaded league 2 month back. I started playing with her until i realised how bad she is. We went in to a custom game and it turns out she couldn't even recognise left and right mouse button properly. The next day i was watching her play and i got so tilted for her team i dragged her of the game and uninstalled the game on the spot. She sometimes re download the game behind my back but i uninstall it right away every time i find out (she is still bad and haven't improved) I told her to practise her key pressing on pc piano tiles and practise her mouse skills on aim booster. But seriously these kind of people shouldn't be playing League.

My suggestion is that perform a hand eye coordination test on very new user. For example click all the dots on the screen or press the key shown on the screen with a time limit. People who fail the test will be banned from league until you request another check and pass.

I know there is a lot of flaws in those test for example other people can help you cheat, or perform the internet test on another computer. But i am really sick and tired of those players ruining my bronze game (my diamond 2 smurf friend helped me from 42 lp bronze 5 then after 4 games neither me or him can carry and i dropped to 0 lp)

The OP is Bronze V.

The idea proposed is Wood V.

The character of the individual in question is likely Turd V.

You are actually a horrible person for forcing your standards on others like that. "Oh, my sis is bad, instead of helping her learn literally anything, I'm gonna make it so she can't play period"

Started playing league when I was 14 I think. Played on a craptop which gave me around 25-30 fps normally, not bad but it would start to drop as soon as anything started to happen on screen. Lane was usually around 20 and teamfights would be 10-13 fps most games.

Never been in bronze but I was stuck in silver for the longest time. As soon as I got a new computer that could actually handle the game I shot up into gold that first weekend.

Wow you are an asshole. Let your sister play the game you control freak.

But seriously these kind of people shouldn't be playing League.

lol fuck you, there is a reason ranks from bronze to challenger exists. So everyone has the option of playing the game competitively regardless of skill or in your case dexterity.

Normals are just that. NORMALS. they are for fun and if your sister or anyone else likes to play the game even with shitty mechanics then fucking let them.

(my diamond 2 smurf friend helped me from 42 lp bronze 5 then after 4 games neither me or him can carry and i dropped to 0 lp)

You must be a turd at the game then if a diamond 2 can't carry you lol

This is literally the most fucked up thing I've ever read. You uninstall the game because you don't think she's good enough? Let her play the game. It's a free to play game and people can suck as much as they want to. This isn't a competition. It's literally for fun. Let her have fun, let her learn at her own pace or not learn at all. Stop touching her things and be a good brother! That's way more important than some online game.

TBH I kind of want you to be banned for life for doing that to your sister. You are meant to be protecting your sister not hindering her. Wtf sort of brother are you? Grow up.

League is designed to be a game anyone can enjoy. If someone's internet connection is laggy enough that they can't play well, or their hand-eye coordination is slow, their MMR will adjust accordingly until they are placed in games where they can contribute even with their bad connection or below-average reflexes.

Implementing a system such as this effectively tells people "Nope -- you can't play this game. Sorry." Riot doesn't want to do that. This is a game for everyone.

[zombie-brand-facepalm] This is obviously a troll post. There's no way somebody can really be this arrogant and...what's a nice way to say "stupid"?

This Is Your Dad5/11/2017, 11:22:26 PM3 votes

Bronze exists for those people, so let them play the game and shut up.

EvilDustMan5/11/2017, 9:56:04 PM2 votes

There should be an essay question that takes 3 to 4 weeks before every game.

Jo0o5/11/2017, 7:13:21 PM2 votes

Did you forget that this is a game?

People like your sister are free to play the game and suck at it. That's her right. If she's having fun, great. Smurf with her, play against bots with her, and teach her. You aren't required to sacrifice your LP over her if you don't want to.

I'm sure people have complained about you. I'm sure you've lost games due to your own failures. Rather than blame your teammates and wish for wifi/hand+eye coordination checks, figure out a way to improve yourself if you believe you deserve a higher rank.

Tantram's Breathalyzer v2.0

Really though, it's not fair to stop people from playing if they have bad internet or just bad reflexes. They haven't done anything wrong, so there's no need to punish them.

Is this a troll post? Cannot be serious, are you?

Makior725/11/2017, 8:23:02 PM1 votes

I can get behind an internet connection / ping test being required before ranked play, but not the hand eye coordination.

If your bad your bad and you will be put with people your same skill level (Hand eye coordination issues)

However if your connection sucks, chances are you know it sucks. And 4 other people shouldn't be forced to suffer because you can't be bothered to fix your connection.

Imo to play on north American servers, at the highest your ping should be 140, any higher and it gets pretty much unplayable. Also minimum download speed of 6mbps I would feel is not unreasonable.

Holy shit, you're B5 with a 32% winrate. You're one of the WORST player in this game(you're even to bad for bronze 5 lol). I bet you're just jealous of your sister, because she doesn't suck ass at this game -____- Now your sister play the game you arrogant ass.

Edit: (sry for the insults, but this guy is just that ... a really big asshole)
