Can we please modify the low priority queue?

Think about this. As of now, when we are in low priority queue due to afk or whatever, we can't do anything on the league client, and if we accidentally close league or decline a match, we would have to wait 20 minutes again! ARE YOU JOKING? Wouldn't it be better if the low priority queue prompt doesn't completely "disable" the client? and really riot can't think of other ways to punish the afks? Like no EXP for a few games or something???

You don't get it for simply declining a match, though. Not unless you do it several times in a row.

And how does one "accidentally" close the client? You can't close it without both clicking the X (or control/command+W/Q) and then also hitting "yes".

That's why it's a punishment.

meh, can kind of agree with the OP.

because the client cant be used AT ALL, which kinda sucks. ofc its supposed to be a punishment, but the punishment is to wait for a match, so its kinda awkward IMO that they stop you from buying a champion or a runepage, chatting with friends, perhaps even theorycrafting a build, etc

Well I think that at least make some kind of message appear to those that message the LPQ waiting player. I mean an automated response or something?
