Yes and it will be possible for a long time. You have to play many games showing reform before Riot considers you reformed and lowers the tier of punishment you will recieve. Be very careful. You don't have to say ANYTHING positive, all you have to do is not say anything negative. And just to be safe I do mean ANYTHING. Even if it's not at a player, just play it safe and leave it out of chat.
