I was banned out of nowhere

I was banned out of nowhere, and my ticket that i submitted has a ridiculously long wait time. I want answers now, because i am not about to raise another league of legends account out of a random ban from nowhere. I honestly am very frustrated right now because this is my only league of legends account, first and last. I have made this post in order to get attention from Riot support so that maybe they can get back to me faster.

I was told to go to my email, and i clicked the link to be redirected to the ticket board. still nothing on my ban.

Player Support really are the only people who can directly help you. The boards are for discussion, but you'd still need to go through player support for anything to be done about it.

If the punishment is for chat logs, posting them onto the boards will allow others to weigh in on what caused the ban. If it's for something else then player support is best.

Also: remember not to bump your ticket until you get a response. Doing that will put you back to the end of the waiting line.

He has no ranked games.

Unfortunately, Riot Proper (not the board mods) doesn't really interact with the boards much, so you probably won't get any helpful answers here. That leaves you stuck waiting for your ticket.

Crappy answer, I know. (I'm sorry.) But it's probably the best you're going to get here.

Best of luck on your ticket.

Check your email your account is registered under. It'll have an email from Riot explaining what the ban is for.

"Permanent suspension" is probably a security issue. Perhaps somebody hacked you, or maybe there was some questionable credit card activity on the account.

Sucks you've got a long wait for your support ticket, but once you get in contact with them and confirm that you're the original owner of the account, you'll get it back.
