For that? Yes you can get permabanned first offense.
Can you? Yes. Is it likely? From what I've seen of Riot's algorithms, probably not.
Assuming it's handled by an actual Rioter, it's not impossible but outside of the most extreme cases where people go off the deep end for 5 minutes spewing hate, anger, bigotry and so forth, you usually get a 14 day ban first. Permabans are usually reserved for egregious offenses or consistent offenders.

it's possible. If you haven't already been banned, you probably won't be for that. By your own admission though, you're toxic. Continue doing that and you will be.
