Can't get mastery 6/7

My friends jokingly reported me and then I was messing around with the enemy mid laner thinking it was in good fun, but I was reported and banned for 2 weeks. This was okay, a small break from League was fine but this was over a month ago now and I don't think I've been reported since (I only talk about things I need to in chat now), my only problem is I can't earn rewards. I could care less about getting hextech chests or my platinum border, but because champion mastery 6 and 7 work through hextech crafting I'm not able to get them. I don't think champion mastery should be considered a reward or have to go through the hextech system at all, that has nothing to do with your mastery of the champ and makes no sense other than to promote hextech crafting. How many games of good behavior will it take for me to get my rewards back? I just want to get mastery 7 on my favorite champs soon :(

Reports are fuzzy at best, but the general consensus is that your ability to get hextech related rewards back is directly related to the number of games you play without any poor behavior. The number of games that this takes remains unknown.

The more games you play, the faster you get the privileges back. Just remember to stay civil.

You can buy the blue shard things on the store under accessories now. Hextech takes roughly 100 games or a week of good behavior to get out of.
