Got accepted to PBE on an account that is banned

Riot awhile back deemed my account to be perma banned. This isn't a cry thread. I understand that i've done wrong and accepted it. Just wanted to make this post because I recently received an email saying I was accepted to PBE which seems like an obvious bug because I thought players couldn't be accepted if they've broken the summoners code. So any rioters out there just thought I'd post this.
