How can i report a player after the end scree?

What the title says I was about to play an aram to chill a bit but just when going into the game our akali said "OMG U DIDN'T WANT TO TRADE NOW IM GONNA FEED" and ran it down mid for like 5 mins and then decided not to feed that way but to try to kill them while dying, she was also verbally harassing our teamates and when we were about to lose the game crashed ( i suspect it was a drop hack from akali), and i can't even see that match on the history. But for some reason i can remember akali's name so i can report her. If someone knows which one is the support place to report someone, please give me the link :D
