How is this a 2 week ban offence?

Wondering how this constitutes a 2 week ban for respond to someone who was flaming me? In preseason lobby. This account was never banned before. out of nowhere i get a 2 week ban hammer as a first offence for responding so someone who was flaming me. riot should supply the full game chat log for this.

It won't shoot you straight to 14-day ban with these logs alone.

Possibilities for you to get a 14-day ban from this:

You had a recent 25 game chat restriction and got escalated up the punishment ladder
You dropped down a punishment tier from a previous 14-day ban
You had zero tolerance words in pre/post game chat
You edited your chat logs that had zero tolerance speech in it

We don't know your behavioral history, but you it best yourself. So pick one of the scenario that fits you best.

Also, based on the punishment escalation system, your next punishment is a permaban, and it can happen with a similar chat like you posted and the punishment can happen over one game as your account status is now on thin ice.

If you truly believe that the ban was unwarranted submit a support ticket and Riot will sort things out with you. Contrary to what seems to be popular belief, Riot does care about their game and those who play it.

It is out of the ordinary for something as bad (it is still, but not by much) as this to get an instant 2-week. Either there's more to your chat-logs (try scrolling down), or there's something wrong and you should contact support.

no way it goes straight to two week ban with that. you are either lying in some way (likely) or should open a support ticket. open a support ticket and they will usually tell you its justified. my main got perma banned awhile back and i contested it because the chat logs were literally mostly clean and there was one line that said "stfu ur bad". not only was that enough, they explained that the game logs they give you aren't the only games that get you banned, they are just a few random examples lol. you probably had other games where u were pretty toxic. u gotta get reported a lot. usually in a short time frame.

you're another classic posterchild of a toxic league kid. if you don't see why you were toxic and if you can't agree that this kind of behavior isn't accepted here, then well... enjoy the ban, i hope you get permabanned if you don't change your tone.
