PLZ riot after my account got banned it was before 2 months i got a message from you riot that i am free to get free rewards after i finished from my bann but it became 4 weeks i didnt get a single key fragment ANother problem i have low fps just in league of legend i dont know why plz help mee
If you're looking to get in touch with Riot, I think you're better off sending a support ticket.
fill out a support ticket but getting rewards is not immediate after a ban is over, you have to prove that you have reformed.
the low fps might be your computer/internet
You have to waits months before you get your honor back to level 2 which is where it needs to be in order to collect key fragments and such, although riot was planning on resetting the honor level at the start of the new season so maybe you just have to wait into January? Helpfully this helps.
