Trolls in Draft

So I've just had a game where the person that was chosen for Support in the Draft queue system, declared he was going to my lane, middle. He promptly picked Diana and went mid.

My question is; how can I be sure that these kinds of people will be punished? I see this case all too often...

Do you people have any experience with this? Does Riot really crack down on this? And to what extent? I asked everyone in all chat to report him, but he has Premades who all said that I was the one trolling, so I don't know how many people really believed me and reported that person.

This is just something you have to send in a report for. I wouldn't even try to rally support from the other players because there's no way for them to know who's telling the truth (unless they pay attention to the loading screens). I would personally advise you to screencap as soon as you notice this in the lobby.
