basically i have been suspended for 14 days on my main account, and it showed 3 games of chat which i viewed and noticed i hadnt been abusive or hadn't sworn in the games at all, i said a couple of things such as wtf, when i died but nothing offensive towards anyone in the game, let alone during one of the games that it showed in the chats, i was pre made with the whole team and i didnt chat in the all game as i had a chat ban so i couldn't of and unless one of my friends reported me as a joke it wouldn't of been anything.. they were my real friends that i play with on a regular basis... think you guys should view the game chats before you start banning people...

Submit a SUPPORT ticket if you feel your ban is unjust. The boards are for explaining why your chat was punished. We can't do anything about claims of "they were all my friends".

EDIT: Remember to be polite, professional, and concise in the ticket. And ask to escalate the ticket because they usually start with copy pasta responses to help save time solving issues that don't need complex assistance.

Also before I forget: If they don't undo the ban, some fair warning: The transition from 14 day to perma is more sensitive than the other strikes, because at that point you have burned through at least 3 chances to reform already. You need to remove all(even minor stuff) toxicity from your matches for at least 3 months to move down a punishment tier.

You can submit a request to support at the top of the page, or you can post your chat log here so players can talk about it.

Either way, the ban will not be lifted unless the system made an error.

You do realize that the chat isn't the only part of the game you can get suspended for, right? You could have been suspended for afk, greifing, feeding, or just overall being a dick doing something like stealing jungler camps or something. As you said, you already had a chat ban so that's an automatic warning flag of your previous behavior. I'd have to guess you were chat banned, then someone did something you didn't like, so you just trolled or fed. The tribunal isn't the one to suspend you for that.

From what I understand chat logs are only included if it was related to chat. And the OP said "it showed 3 games of chat".

I could be wrong tho. Does it show chat logs for gameplay related bans?

It's uncommon, but it's possible to receive chat logs alongside a punishment that wasn't for chat if the reports that cause your punishment include verbal abuse reports (since you can report for up to 3 categories). If you get chat logs that just say like "ggwp, drag in 15" etc. just submit a Support Ticket for more info.

As far as I know the tribunal has no say in gameplay related bans. Most of that stuff is handled automatically if it's an AFK. Not sure how feeding and trolling is handled, but I'd doubt that it goes to tribunal because there'd be no way to tell just from scores and chat. Hard to separate having a bad game from trolling.

And I'm also wondering if the suspension included the 3 games of chat that led to him getting chat banned as a "here's what you did first, and why you're banned now" kind of thing. It's just fishy how quick he is to complain but how reluctant he is to actually show the chat logs. And by the bad attitude of his post it's almost apparent he might have deserved the suspension.
