Steeper ranked game afk penalties - Revised

Getting a player that feeds is one thing, but getting a player who afk's or gives up mid game is another. Losing because the game is a 4v5 is one of the Sh*ttiest ways to lose a match. It's the easiest way to tilt a player, and because it happens so often, people feel as if those matches are why they aren't climbing the ladder in ranked play. If there were a steeper penalty to afk'ing in games(ranked games especially) then I believe there would be less people doing it. If you made those penalties steeper for Ranked play only, There would be less people who would afk in a match entering ranked queues.
