Riot Pls. make a vote to kick summoner in champ select to get rid or trolls

Except it will become vote to kick because of rank, or vote to kick because i dont like the champ your playing, vote to kick because someone in my four man got autofilled.

Riot has to make you feel out why you are kicking them, like how you can add details in a report. If the reason is bogus then the initializer, and everyone who agreed, faces punishment. This would cut down on verbal declaration of trolls and instead they would just wait until game to start.

But... even with you having to write a report, you could write "picked a troll champion" (let's say aatrox) So um
