I'm currently in a twisted treeline match with 5 robots pretending to be human players. The last game I played I again had two on my team. Should I report this? Should I just stop trying to play 3v3? I would really like to play with Humans somehow.
It's been like this for at least six months, bots level or farm ip in TT. I had hoped at 30 it wouldn't be so bad but it is. Generally if you're solo queuing bots outnumber actual players.
Riot doesn't care it's easy to pick the bots out they all use the same summoner icon and never have a final tree mastery. They could fix this situation so easily, they just don't care. I'm not a coder/developer but I have experience botting in other games, thereare sooooooooooooooooooo many ways to identify and subsequently ban them.
Either play it ranked, with a team, or better yet boycott TT altogether till riot decides that the opinions of their player base actually means something.
This entire situation is extremely frustrating because I love 3s, when they added champion mastery and ratings to it I was so happy.
Report them. Riot does a massive sweep every few months (maybe to catch the people who bought the accounts?). They bounce between TT, ARAM, and bot games on SR.
i've found that the bots stick to normals so if you enter a 3 v 3 ranked, there's no bots and you get more serious human players
also this rank in 3 v 3 doesn't affect your rank for solo/duo queue
this same thing happened to me a couple games in a row. i love 3v3 but i dont play it anymore because of the bots
