A Brilliant Idea for discussion

Dear summoners,

What if riot implemented the ability to vote to break a game lobby in ranked. Simply put, if multiple members (3 out of 5 in my mind because of the 50% majority line,) voted to disband a lobby and put everyone back into queue. The chances of a 3-man troll-made happening are quite slim, also this would permit a team very unlikely of working out (due to communication issues or otherwise) to quit before they start. That in compliment by the ability to dodge if someone is highly non-compliant with the team's wants (troll or otherwise,) will allow for a break in the need for punishment of dodging.

conclusion in my opinion is a very democratic decision that requires a majority, and despite the majority being positive or negative players concludes in all parties being parted and making a healthier chance at a lobby.

edit: ps: In addition, this would act also as a drain for people who are in a constantly negative mood or toxic behavior cycle. Sort of sifting them to the bottom of the queue
