Why are people on this server so toxic?!

I came from RU cause they did something to the game and I cannot play there. Support didn't help me. I thought people there were toxic, but what the heck! Every 3 players on each team is super toxic! Constant flame, trolling teammates, negative attitude. And I don't mean trolling like "what is this red thing on the ground - and you get to the dragon pit", no, intentionally standing near you and not doing anything to help, refusing to follow, no help with objectives etc. Last game I was an adc and my support was Master Yi with ignite and first item doran sword. He stole all my minions. I was a bait for him, cause he did absolutely nothing for me, but when a was attacked and killed, he focused others. What kind of support is this? Do people on this server (country) consider intentionally fking people up - a good supporting? Or a good sportsmanship? Right now I am playing versus bots with (people?) Why are 2 of them are intentionally feeding bots? NO, THEY ARE NOT LEARNING TO PLAY! There's a difference between "I don't know how to play" and "intentionally running under tower several times". And the most annoying thing there is, I must say, is: people come here to intentially troll. I am not a great lol player. I was Gold 1-4. But I know what a role is, what players are supposed to do. I want to get out of normal games as fast as possible to be able to play Ranked at least with people around my skills. If such people play Ranked too, then Riot support is definitely fked up and the ban system doesn't work at all. I just need to find some support, moral support. Is this happening only to me?

EUNE, huh? Yeah, I feel you. Honestly, I'm not sure I know why, but here is a good attempt:

EUNE consists of so many different countries, none of which has English at their main language. This means that people can talk in their own language, say whatever they want and probably will get no punishment. Also, because they can speak in a different language means that they can say whatever shit they want since the others won't understand what that is.

Another thing is that because of the different countries, the players don't have a sense of solitude. They probably feel like they have to compete or something. Also, a lot of these countries are extremely toxic by default and not just in League. Greece and Poland are like the worst toxicity you will ever see. Polish people are toxic because that's how most of them grow up; they grow up in violence and not taking shit from anyone, and that carries into the game. Greek people grow up with a sense of accomplishment and they think they are better than anyone else, because of their ancestors. Again, they think they are the best, and that brings on toxicity. (I'm Greek by the way and I feel ashamed.)

The other thing, most important in my opinion, is because this server is probably the worst server in terms of pro attention. NA has its own pros, EUW, KR, CN all are main servers where pro players play, but EUNE has none; all EU pros play on EUW. This means that EUNE feels left out, and that it has no accomplishments whatsoever.

you play on eune. first thing is that not all regions playing there teach english in school 2. (and call me racist but several things support this) you play on a server mixed with hungary, poland, some russians etc etc. basically ppl that are alrdy known for being "agressive and rude"
