Account mistakenly suspended for 7000 years.
Hello,
First of all I would like to say that I am rather new to these kind of forums, so would you please go a little bit easy on me just in case if I make a mistake of any sort. Anyhow, even as I write these words I doubt the chance of it being successful, though I would like to speak on behalf of a friend of mine, whom found themselves to be in a situation where their account was 'temporary' suspended for till approximately 22nd of February in year nine thousand. That was apparently what the E-mail explaining the details involving the suspension of the account. Note: The reason for suspension of the account was apparently for violating the user terms and condition eight or nine I believe, which is related to use of third party program, or scripting for short, to gain an unfair advantage at the field of justice.
Now, the first thing that may come out as being strange, is for the fact that I am the one bringing this up, and not the person themselves, but they were rather devastated with the loss of their account, and could not be bothered to put much energy into any attempts to recover it, while they plead innocent. But I strongly believe their innocence in this because approximately eight out of ten games played on their account recently has been in a duo queue together with me, and I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary that would justify a suspension for scripting, but obviously something has happened for their account to become flagged for suspension, so therefore I wonder if there is any possibility that some employees of Riot could double check this claim.
I have read a couple of posts that have been related to the same issue, some lead to a negative outcome for the original poster, and some were positive. My hopes is that someone with the ability to look into the case would drop by this discussion and perhaps try to explain what has happened to my friends account.
If we look at this from a logical perspective. If a person had an account from season two, that they have been unlocking runes, champions and skins with use of both Influential points and Riot points for so long, why would they even put their accounts in any sort of risk that would eventually lead to its suspension? And had this been the case nonetheless, chances are that the account's match making rating and division would be much higher than that of a Platinum player I believe.
Please take your time to consider those points above, and review the case to make sure there is no mistake behind the suspension of the account, and also I would like to ask why Riot would tell the account owner their account is "Temporary" suspended for whole seven thousand years rather than saying permanently, since what are the chances both the person or the game even exists at around that time.
Their summoner name in-game is "On the hünt", Eu west. If you are unable to do any form of research since this does not come from the account owner themselves, but rather a friend. Then I understand completely, but I still wanted to give it a shot and see if I could help.
If you have come this far, I would like to thank you for taking your time to read this. Whomever out there who has the ability to perhaps help in this situation either way, please respond as soon as you can, and thank you in advance regardless of the outcome.
TL;DR I am making this post on behalf of a friend of mine whom got their account suspended despite the chances of this post getting any far. they were banned for seven thousand years, and the reason was scripting. I strongly believe this cannot be true since I have been in most of their recent games and seen how they perform and play. The account has been collecting a lot of Champions, Runes and Skins...So it would make no sense for them to put the account to risk and for what...Free wins that would eventually lead to ban?
